Salon Cancellation Policy
At H&L Salon, we strive to deliver exceptional services to all our valued clients. To maintain our high standards and accommodate all our guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth and efficient salon experience for everyone.
Notice of Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to honour your appointment.
Cancellation Process
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our salon directly by telephone. Our dedicated team will be happy to assist you in rescheduling or cancelling your reservation. Please note that cancellations made via email, or any other form of communication will not be considered valid.
Deposit Forfeiture
To secure your appointment, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. If you fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited. No shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
Exceptional Circumstances
At H&L Salon, we are extremely empathetic to any last-minute medical or personal emergencies that impact a client’s appointment and will of course, offer discretion for any sudden cancellations. We ask that you please contact us as soon as possible.
